I guess we are not going to find out how good chatsworth, el camino , kennedy and granada hills are because they all lost in the first round of 2013 division 1 playoffs . Can someone say "OVER RATED".

Bobby Woodward of Owensboro High School Ky struck out 31 batters in 14 inning Regional Championship game. Opposing pitcher Danny Morris got 22 K. Owensboro Ky 3 -Greenville Ky 2. May 1963.

Your mom cares. SC has an enrollment of 332 kids. It is for that reason that they play other schools with similar enrollment sizes. Does that make since??? Your obviously not very intelligent....

COC was a terrific training in strength and conditioning for Hauptmann. Also, player is a primo guard and an accurate center.

With 12+ fielding errors in the last 6 games alone and a team that deep in talent, why is Frank Mutz still starting Tessar in the short stop position? Is daddy-ball alive and well at this high school? Mr. Sondheimer, this would be a nice investigative piece to find out if there is any real basis for Gittelson's supposition, or is Mutz just playing favorites?

To the Family and Friends of Coach Nemiroff. I am deeply saddened to hear of the Coach's passing. He was a great man. When I was at Grant High School he accepted my request to play tennis in P.E. class. This was significant as I was the only student in the school in a wheelchair. He welcomed me on the court, helped me learn more about the game and helped me be the a better player. More importantly he gave me confidence by letting me be part of the rest. I have never forgotten this gesture and I will never forget his grace and passion for teaching.
